About me

Jiapeng LIU now is a postdoctoral research fellow in Prof. Francesco CIUCCI’s research group. In September 2020, Jiapeng obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Enginnering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Before that, he received the B.Eng from Northwestern Polytechnical University as an outstanding graduate in 2013. Jiapeng’s research interest mainly focuses on studying energy materials for fuel cells and batteries using atomistic simulations and modeling the system with machine learning or finite element method.
